Out of the blue, you start to get complaints, you have unhappy staff, sickness increases, line managers are unable to overcome the impact of (sometimes unknowing) inappropriate behaviours. Voce helps you draw the line between what is and what isn’t acceptable. Our theatre-based learning events are built to address Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in your organisation, using multiple mediums to bring to life situations that staff may find themselves in. Participants direct the outcomes and without any direct confrontation shifting their own perspectives and behaviours.
